Annual General Meeting & Social Dinner

Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) and optional social dinner.

Our AGM is where the Club Committee and Club Members meet to vote and agree on changes and direction for the Club in the coming seaon(s).

Location and timings:

The AGM will be held at Regent House Business Centre office space in central Aylesbury (13-15 George Street, Aylesbury, HP20 2HU). Please arrive at 18:45 for a prompt meeting start at 19:00. The meeting will finish promptly at 20:30.

The social dinner is less than a minute walk away and will be held from 20:30 at Desire Indian Restaurant (40 Kingsbury, Aylesbury, HP20 2JE).  The menu is avaialble online here.

There are numerous car parks around Aylesbury but Coopers Yard (34 Buckingham St, Aylesbury HP20 2GH) is the closest, pay and display charges do apply.

The meeting room is a 8 minute walk from Aylesbury Train Station and a 5 minute walk from Aylesbury bus station.

  • Ashley Green to Hastoe - 22 miles - June24

    A circular route starting from Ashley Green, leading to Bellingdon, Ballinger, Hale Woods, Hastoe and back via Hawridge. Quite hilly, lots of woodland singletrack with linking back lanes. Weather held but it was a chilly one so needed that coffee and cake at the Velo Cafe Hawridge! See you on the next ride!

     

  • TrailBreak Ramsbury Tripple Triple - June24

    A TrailBreak event, starting from Marlborough heading across the Wiltshire Downs. Our club member Tracy came in 7th out of 159 riders on the long 50K ride, it was a fast gravel route, stunning effort on a full suspension MTB bike!!! See you on the next ride!

     

     

  • 2 day trip to Dyfi Bike Park - Club Members Ride - 7th to 8th June 24

    A two day visit to Dyfi Bike Park near Machynlleth, mid Wales. The bike park has had years of dedication and hard work put into its range of expert level trails by the Atherton family. There is something for everyone here from fast flowy reds to super technical black and some extreme double diamond downhills sections not for the faint hearted!!. See you on the next ride!

     

  • Shackleford to Devils Punch Bowl - 30 miles - June 24

    A revisit of the trail breaks shackleford afterburner trail break ride. A circular route across the surrey heaths and the devils punchbowl, avoiding muddy trails. Weather was superb with fefreshments at the coffee shop 'Tern Cafe' Frensham little pond. See you on the next ride!

     

  • Hawridge to Kimble - 26 miles - Club Members Ride - May 24

    A circular route starting from Hawridge heading to Wendover, Dunsmore, Kimble, returning to Wendover Arm canal, Hastoe and back. This is a hilly ride, mainly woodland single track with an easy towpath section. Beverages at the Whitewater Deli Cafe, Wendover. See you on the next ride!

     

  • Nettlebed to Whitchurch - 20 miles - Club Members Ride - May 24

    A circular route starting from Nettlebed leading to Nuffield, Stoke Row, Sonning and Woodcote, mostly woodland single track, easy ride, lots of twisty sections, not too hilly. Beverages at the Nettlebed Creamery after the ride. See you no the next ride!

     

Senior Membership

Senior membership is available for all adults over 18 years of age.

Junior Membership

Junior membership is available to all riders under the age of 18 years of age. 

Family Membership

Family membership covers a family of up to 4 persons. The package is based on 2 adults and 2 children (under 18) who all live at the same address.
