Starting from Chinnor (White's Windmill Cafe) the route criss-crosses the local hills, woodland and trails to Bedlow Ridge and back.
The 28 mile route has 3200ft of climbing mainly woodland and field tracks, with great tight woodland descents and some challenging climbs.
For those that want a shorter ride, there is a cut back to the car park between mile 18-19, and only 1-2 miles back to the start from there.
Beverages at (http://whiteswindmillcafe.co.uk) serves refreshments and food until 2pm.
Helmets are mandatory, no helmet no ride.
Free parking with no height restriction.
