I have been riding off road since I was 12, sneaking up to Wendover
Woods after school and exploring the local trails. My riding took
off from there and I spent as much time as I could on my bike around
studying and my other sports. In 2005 I first started to venture to
organized events, the 50km enduro at the 2005 British Marathon
champs was my 1st event. From there I dabbled in doing the odd race
(about 2 per year) until 2008 where I completed a full seasons
racing, competing in the full Southern XC series, 2 rounds of the
NPS, 2 rounds of the Midlands series, 1 of the Dragon series, the
national Championships (sport category), and the British Marathon
Championships.

General info:

I spend most of my time as a student studying sports science at
Oxford Brookes University, I also work for the Duke of Edinburgh's
award at a local open award centre, leading both walking and cycling
expeditions, at Bronze, Silver and Gold level. When not on the bike
I spend most of my time relaxing with my friends.

Favourite rides/tracks:

Margam park is probably my favourite race course to date. Favourite
trail riding area would be Afan Argoed, though I am generally pretty
happy where ever I can ride my bike hard and fast.
