Bucksmtb.co.uk "Group Ride" Terms & Conditions

BUCKSMTB.CO.UK "GROUP RIDE" TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. These "Group Rides" * are held on a purely "unofficial forum ran turn up and ride" ** basis.
2. "Bucksmtb" *** is not a fully operating MTB Club and therefore does not carry memberships or membership fees and as such also does not carry any insurance of any kind, particularly for "Riding Events" and/or "Group Rides".
3. For anyone attending the event it is the individuals responsibility to arrange for any and all necessary insurances to cover for personal injury, injury to a third party or loss or damage to either their own property or to that of a third party.
4. "Bucksmtb" therefore cannot or will not be held responsible, liable or accountable for any damage to body, bike or kit, or other relevant items.
5. "Bucksmtb" cannot or will not be held responsible, liable or accountable for loss or damage to any other personal items including vehicles left during "Group Ride" events.
6. "Bucksmtb" is not in anyway responsible (nor can "Bucksmtb" be held responsible), liable or accountable for you legally during any "unofficial forum ran turn up and ride" basis "Group Ride" event. You ride purely at your own risk without insurance cover and with no affiliation to "Bucksmtb" Legalities.
7. "Bucksmtb" cannot and will not be held responsible, liable or accountable for any problems or matters arising during an "unofficial forum ran turn up and ride" basis "Group Ride".
8. "Bucksmtb" includes all other trade names used including bmtb, BMTB, BucksMTB Racing, Buckinghamshire Mountain Biking, Buckinghamshire MTB, Bucksmtb.co.uk, bmtb.co.uk and bucksmtb.co.uk as well as including any other affiliate trading name(s) not listed or any abbreviation(s) used.
9. Under the general trading label "Bucksmtb" full protection is provided over all "employees" **** ("employees" includes Staff Members, Members, Users & Volunteers including any affiliate Staff Members, Member, User or Volunteer) and contracted affiliate "employees" from any responsibility and/or liability for any claim made.
10. Bucksmtb "employees" cannot, and will not be held responsible, liable or accountable for any matters arising during any "unofficial forum ran turn and ride" basis "Group Ride"
11. "Bucksmtb" is not required, nor shall it provide guaranteed services (nor responsibility/liability/accountability over) such as secure car parking, guided tours, maps, first aid, medical aid, search and rescue, repair services, lost property, catering, spare parts, item storage (including bikes, kit etc), and/or any other service that would require "Bucksmtb" to be legally responsible/liable/accountable for your health and/or well being including that of material items.
12. "Bucksmtb" cannot and will not be held responsible, liable or accountable for anything. Be under no impression that we are legally responsible/liable/accountable for you or any materials owned by you. All riding and "Group Ride" attendance is at your own risk. The End.
13. "Bucksmtb" holds the right to add, remove, or alter at any time any Term & Condition stated here or in our full Terms & Conditions document (available on request) without prior notice.
14. >>> Pre-registering for an event(s) automatically signs a disclaimer stating you are happy to ride at your own risk with no legal ties to "Bucksmtb". If you do not agree with our terms and conditions please do not pre-register for, or turn up to attend any "Bucksmtb" "unofficial forum ran turn up and ride basis" "Group Ride". If you do not pre-register your details for an event you will be excluded from the event. Many thanks <<<
15. We may ask you to read and sign a hard copy of our disclaimer and terms and conditions on the day of our ride. In this case a full copy of these terms and conditions will be available to read before signing the disclaimer. Any disclaimer form signed on the day is exactly the same as the online disclaimer (during pre-registration) and follows the same terms and conditions as listed here.

* "Group Ride" means and includes any type of formal or informal organised or unofficial organised riding meet or event that has any connections or ties to the "Bucksmtb" label. "Group Ride" includes events such as "unofficial forum ran turn up and ride" events.
** "unofficial forum ran turn up and ride" means an event organised unofficially by the general public via forum and web services and has no ties legally to any company, brand, or individual including bucksmtb.co.uk. It is in its own right a 100% independent event with no official organisers. "Unofficial from ran turn up and ride" events have no legal tie to bucksmtb.co.uk . Any 'unofficial organisers' involved in organising such an event cannot nor will not be held responsible, liable or accountable for any matter arising from any "Group Ride" event
*** "Bucskmtb" includes all other trade names used including bmtb, BMTB, BucksMTB Racing, Buckinghamshire Mountain Biking, Buckinghamshire MTB, Bucksmtb.co.uk, and bucksmtb.co.uk as well as including any other affiliate trading name or abbreviation used. The General label of "Bucksmtb" also includes protective rights over all "employees"
**** "employees" includes Staff Members, Members, Users & Volunteers including any affiliate Staff Members, Member, User or Volunteer and contracted affiliate "employees"
