After the recent spell of dry weather we awaited the latest Evans trail ride with anticipation knowing that we would be granted fast flowing hard packed trails rather than the churned up ruined thick muddy trails that faced us at previous events.

We certainly were not disappointed, the trails rode amazingly and it was a super day all-round. Once again the TrailBreak team did a fantastic job of organising the event which meant we all had a great ride to enjoy.

Despite slight signposting trouble (that led to me and Chris losing the route half way round and riding half the route in reverse, which we decided was actually the better ride) we both posted a gold standard time in the standard ride route.

Overall it was good to see so many riders out on the trail enjoying the fantastic weather and clearly enjoying their biking, and good news all-round that entries definitely appeared to be up on the previous event to boot.
