Club Trip Report

A TrailBreak event, starting from Winchester, riding the whole of the South Downs Way, 100 miles with 12,000 feet climbing, finishing at Beachy Head Eastbourne. Weather was mixed but a stunning ride and well organised! Our rider Tracy was the fastest 100 mile woman at 10 hours 35 minutes. See you on the next ride!

Starting at the village of Upton in Oxfordshire and almost entirely off-road the Uptonogood cycling event winds its way through the beautiful North Wessex downs, encompassing the Ridgeway and surrounding bridleways with plenty of feed stops along the way. Finally, back to the start for drinks, food and a great selection of live music throughout the afternoon. Members opted to camp overnight in nearby North Moreton with dinner at the Bear pub for a much needed dinner and a few pints! See you on the next ride!

A two day visit to Dyfi Bike Park near Machynlleth, mid Wales. The bike park has had years of dedication and hard work put into its range of expert level trails by the Atherton family. There is something for everyone here from fast flowy reds to super technical black and some extreme double diamond downhills sections not for the faint hearted!!. See you on the next ride!

A revisit of the trail breaks shackleford afterburner trail break ride. A circular route across the surrey heaths and the devils punchbowl, avoiding muddy trails. Weather was superb with fefreshments at the coffee shop 'Tern Cafe' Frensham little pond. See you on the next ride!
